The Exercise Referral Scheme is designed to promote physical activity for people who have an existing health condition and are physically inactive. I provide support during a structured exercise programme. If you think you’re eligible, please talk to your GP for a referral.
Walking with Markie
Excellent and low cost way how to get active and healthy on regular Friday morning walks designed and led by me for the group of local residents. Join us for 1 hour of 1-2 miles walks through Folkestone town and parks boosted by useful fitness and mindfulness sessions. Plus you will get to know what’s going on in the town!


Welcoming clients of all ages who are either starting their fitness journey or who are wishing to get back to shape or those who are trying to accelerate their current wellness goals
I am passionate about amplifying importance of physical activity among my friends, neighbours and local residents.
I volunteer for Active Kent & Medway as the Everyday Active Champion for Folkestone & Hythe.
